Patricia Davidson is a Professor of Nutrition at West Chester University-PA. Tricia has held clinical positions as a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist for both in and outpatient diabetes education. For more than thirty years, Tricia has been active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on various committees and task forces, including the development of practice guidelines, Chair of the Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group. She serves on the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists Board of Directors. Striving to be on top of emerging, evidence-based practices (EBP), both clinically and in teaching, her research centers on diabetes care and technology and pedagogical approaches for enhancing student learning.

BETH CZERWONY, MS, RD, CSOWM, LD

Beth Czerwony is a Clinical Registered Dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Human Nutrition since 2007. In 2019, Beth earned her Certification in Obesity and Weight Management and serves as a preceptor for dietetic interns and mentors both ASMBS and Weight Management DPG. She is member of the Weight Management DPG for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and The Obesity Society. Outside of the clinical setting, Beth has completed multiple local and national presentations and media interviews.

ANGELA GINN-MEADOW, RD, RN, CDCES

As an innovative leader in the field of health and nutrition, Angela has established new ways for patients to return to a state of wellness. She is passionate to assist diabetes clients through their journey of prevention, treatment, and management. And as Registered Dietitian for 20 years and providing patient-centered care, Angela has improved clinical outcomes by providing real-world medical nutrition therapy.

As a community change agent to improve social health inequalities, she is a health advocate for underrepresented communities. She has developed health education programs for city and county health departments and is a diabetes expert for local health improvement coalitions. The impact of healthy food choices & diabetes motivated her to develop a diabetes-therapeutic food pantry for patients experiencing food insecurity. Angela is a recognized speaker on social determinants of health & the impact of diabetes outcomes. Angela was recently appointed as Advisory Board President for Morgan State University Food and Nutrition Science program to promote nutrition careers for minority students. And in 2023, she was appointed to the Greater Baltimore Community Leadership Board for American Diabetes Association. She graduated with honors from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition. Later in her career, completed the nursing program with honors & passed NCLEX for registered nurses.

As a media expert & Past National Spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, she has been featured in Marie Claire, Food Network, Everyday Living, Prevention and Better Homes & Gardens, Essence, and Dr. Oz , just to name a few.
