Mary Kaminski, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, is the Manager for Nursing Health Care Education for Abbott Nutrition Health Institute (ANHI) and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). Dr Kaminski received her MS in perinatal nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from The Ohio State University. She has been working in the field of neonatal nursing for over 30 years. She has worked as a clinical nurse specialist, program manager, and clinical nurse educator. Mary developed the NNP certificate program at then Columbus Children’s Hospital and went on to teach at The Ohio State University for over 12 years in their NNP Program. She has helped over 250 students become NNPs over her career. Mary has been an active volunteer on the national and local level for the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) and NANNP (National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners). She is an accomplished author, having contributed to peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters. Her interests include NNP education and professional development, Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension (PPHN), and the surgical neonate.

Bonnie recently retired from the position of manager of Nursing Education for the Abbott Nutrition Health Institute, Abbott Laboratories. However, she continues to work as an educational consultant with ANHI. She also maintains an adjunct professor position at The Ohio State University College of Nursing. She has over 35 years of experience in clinical, clinical research, educational and administrative positions within nursing. Her passion is in the NICU, and her presentations combine evidence-based research with practical application. She lectures across the country on neonatal clinical topics and professional development topics such as effective communication and Intergenerational teams.

Ashley Bronston, MS, RDN, LDN, is a Program Manager at the Abbott Nutrition Health Institute, where she develops nutrition-focused continuing education programs for healthcare professionals. Notably, in 2017, Ashley was honored with the Innovators Achievement Award from the International Council on Active Aging for her work in creating and pilot-testing a nutrition-based fall prevention curriculum for older adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a dual major Bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University in Dietetics and Sports Nutrition. During her time at OSU, she completed an advanced interdisciplinary leadership program focused on health promotion, prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Ashley currently serves as the President of the Ohio Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (OSPEN).

Ms. Wilson is an accomplished clinician with industry and hospital experience providing direct patient management and education to medical and nursing staff. She has worked the majority of her 30-year career as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Neonatal ICU in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Wilson earned her Baccalaureate and Master's degrees at the University of Maryland and has been part of the neonatal clinical and education community for over 30 years. Her rich and varied clinical and industry career experiences have allowed her the opportunity to engage the C-suite and work in both private and academic settings. Her experiences as a clinician include both ground and rotary wing transport, quality improvement, and mentoring new clinicians. She is known as a collaborative leader, results-oriented, and an educator with the goal of an inclusive and multidisciplinary approach. She is sought out as a trusted advisor and engages with key opinion leaders to improve patient outcomes. Drawing on her passion for developing a culture of learning through her work in quality improvement processes, Ms. Wilson's interests include nursing retention and exploring ideas to prevent provider compassion fatigue and debriefing after critical events. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the neonatal community by authoring multiple articles for education and creating evidence-based educational presentations. She continues to be a Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor and a S.T.A.B.L.E Instructor and is a senior clinician in her clinical practice.
