In this course, you’ll identify psychological factors that can affect the patient and family before, during and after a dietetic consultation; review psychological principles to help address challenges; and discuss practical tips to enrich conversations with parents.
Philip has been at the forefront of aligning commercial market research practice with insights from behavioural psychology and behavioural economics. His book, Consumer.ology, was named by Amazon as one of the UK’s top ten best business books of 2010, and has been translated into seven languages. Philip’s consumer psychology expertise has led to him working in a diverse range of categories. His work encompasses specific behavioural insight projects, advice on improving the quality of insight, behaviour change, training in how to apply behavioural economics commercially and workshops on consumer psychology. He is a frequent commentator on consumer topics in the media, regularly speaks at events around the world and has been an associate of Frontier Economics since 2010. In the past, Philip was on the global advisory board of Next IT and wrote a column on consumer psychology for The Marketer.
