A central focus is shared decision-making, showing how clinicians can match anti-obesity medications to everyone’s goals, comorbidities, preferences, and safety considerations. Participants will also explore the core components of comprehensive obesity care, including nutrition therapy, behavior-change strategies, and physical activity, and learn how these elements support sustainable, long-term weight management. The session additionally examines the importance of muscle health and its impact on overall function, health outcomes, and quality of life in individuals with obesity.
