Dr Anuradha Khadilkar is Deputy Director of the Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute at Jehangir Hospital in Pune, India. She received her medical degree in pediatrics from Government Medical College, Miraj in Sangli, India. She also holds a diploma in child health from the Royal College of Physicians in London. Dr Khadilkar’s main areas of research include disorders of nutrition and growth in childhood, with special reference to calcium and vitamin D, endocrine and genetic disorders, and childhood diabetes. She has published more than 180 publications in indexed journals and 8 book chapters. She is also a co-convener of the vitamin D and calcium guidelines for the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics' growth monitoring guideline committee. Dr Khadilkar has received more than 29 awards across 200 national and international presentations in conference.
