In this course, Sanja Kolaček, MD, and Naama Fisch-Shvalb, MD, will explain why weight alone cannot assess healthy catch-up growth; highlight nutritional approaches to support lean tissue and skeletal development while promoting healthier growth trajectories; and discuss how sleep physiology and endocrine regulation influence linear growth, along with the role of nutrition in supporting healthy sleep. This program was originally presented at the International Conference on Nutrition and Growth on 9 April 2026.
